Hey there Workflowy folks, this week we have a super useful quality of life improvement for those that use dates – along with some other nice improvements and fixes.
Choose the week’s start day
Finally! You can choose which day the week starts on. Monday or Sunday. You decide, we won’t judge. Open the Settings, scroll to ‘Dates’, and choose an option.
Now, when you search for ‘this week’, type ‘this week’ in a bullet for auto-complete, or view the Date Picker, the week will start from your chosen option.
Other changes
- Log in with your Google account: On the web, and in the desktop apps, you can now sign up and log in to Workflowy with your Google account. One click. No passwords, no codes, a bit less friction.
- Android Back button no longer quits the app. Quitting Workflowy by mistake on Android used to be frustratingly easy. One accidental swipe or tap of the Back button could instantly close the app. Now, if there’s nowhere left to go back to, you’ll see a small warning message. Swiping or pressing back again will close the app.
- Use ‘link:[url]’ to search for the URL within a link.
- AI button is hidden when you print the your content.
