    1. @Kill the Liar: Thanks for sharing the link – it’s very nicely thought out. I would be really interested to see an example of your unique project tagging scheme – do you just increment a number or are they descriptive?

      1. Thanks. They’re descriptive. Increment numbers wouldn’t work for me at all. For building my son’s bed, I used #buildBed. For my graduate school application, #edGrad. Anything short, mnemonic-like, and unlike other words that would show up in standard text searches. Since I build a lot of things, search “#build” brings up all of my building projects; “#fix”, all repair jobs; etc.

      1. Glad you liked it. Still amused that I was coming up with this at the same time you were. Glad you posted. Hope it continues to work for you!

      1. I saw the template. I was hoping you could send/post one that had example data in it so I can see better how it works. If not, I understand and thanks for what you did post as I’ve learned a ton from it alone!

  1. Y’all helped me quite a bit. I just started using WorkFlowy and am intrigued by how you put it to use. Thanks so much for the time and effort you put in to that sharing.

    1. Good to hear that Arwen. Please Tell me about your ideas and tweaks after couple of weeks using the methods. I’m collecting people’s ideas to update the article pretty soon. You could put a comment here or directly in the article. Thanks!

  2. Thank you both for the information. I’m a new Workflowy user and found it while looking at other ideas in a productivity thread on Facebook. Combining it with the bullet journal system really works for me. 😀 I appreciate the time and effort you each put into what you shared.

  3. Just joined Workflow because of the bullet journal post. Love it. Thank you. Give the guy a affiliate $$. 🙂
