Sometimes, all we need is to tweak our perspective a little in order to get things done. One of the most interesting productivity methods I’ve used to make headway on important projects and goals, stems from a quote by Mark Twain:

If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning. And If it’s your job to eat two frogs, it’s best to eat the biggest one first.

Here’s a little video I’ve put together to illustrate this dead-easy dynamic:

The above screencast is part of Module 2 – “Prioritize Your Brain” – at the WorkFlowy Academy, where I run the gauntlet of productivity methods and concepts – illustrating step by step  how they find their incarnation in WorkFlowy.

BTW, I’ve created an exhaustive module of screencasts (A Facelift for Your Brain) at the WorkFlowy Academy that deals with everything I’ve learned about changing things up with WorkFlowy over the last several years: https://www.productivitymashup.com/workflowy-academy
