
Decisions, decisions. Often when creating a new WorkFlowy outline you’ll have to make a choice as to your setup. Do you set your outline up according to chronological date? Activity? Context? Location?… etc? WorkFlowy tags allow you to have your items or tasks in multiple categories… they can be in more than one place at the same time – kind of like an electron.

Really useful explanation of how tags can make WorkFlowy much more flexible. I like the idea of being able to keep an item in its main location while also accessing it through different contexts, rather than having to duplicate information. This seems especially helpful for managing projects where the same task can belong to several categories at once. I appreciate it and geometry dash which is great.
