While I was familiar with the Kanban logic, I got a lot out of looking at your setup Frank. I like how you carefully selected the tag colours and place them like buttons at the beginning of the item, rather than the end. I’d be curious to know the function of those blank coloured tags.

Meanwhile, I still find Todoist good for quick entry of tasks, particularly on Android. Though I do use the Memoflowy app for notes.

I’d like very much to hear how the Japanese are approaching Workflowy. They seem to have an active Facebook group and are producing these terrific apps. Any chance you could have a Japanese guest?

Hi Kevin,

The colored tags I have, although not necessary, help me to visually process task priorities/ categories at a glance.

Here’s a little something I wrote about in my book:

I do keep (visual) tabs on the Japanese community on Twitter. That’s how I came across MemoFlowy and HandyFlowy. More recently, there’s been a lot of chatter about a bookmarklet of sorts that brings up a manually created side menu for accessing key WorkFlowy lists… but once you see what rawbytz has in store with his WorkFindy+ extension, most other bells and whistles become utterly redundant.

I can’t wait to see what Rawbytz comes up with. Now it seems almost a blessing that Workflowy have been so slow in their development. It’s provided space for their community to start to make the most of their platform, from whatever corner of the world!

Hi Frank. I registered for the 3rd webinar (23 Fabruary). I thought I’d get some reminder about it. Today I said to my self, “I forgot about webinar!” I didn’t get any mail, nothing. The webinar was yesterday? I hope You have a record of it! Best regards!

Looks good. Not sure I can get it live on a train in India, but I’m curious to see how you address this challenge. I’m slowly weaning myself off Todoist, but I still find it indispensable for time-sensitive tasks that crop up outside the routine workflow.
